Episode 27: Not just sunshine- and rainbow-colored yarn

In this episode, we discuss recent announcements, and are thrilled to feature Marly Bird, who chats with us about her life and her fascinating journey to podcaster, designer, and author. We continue our read-along with Chapter 22: “Reckonings,” one of the most controversial chapters in ‘Outlander.’

Find out more about Marly Bird at http://www.MarlyBird.com.

Marly’s podcast, Yarn Thing

Here is a fantastic performance of the song we referred to (and Summer began to sing), “Take this cup away from me,” from Jesus Christ Superstar by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.

I’ve stayed up way too late listening! I’m blaming you guys for my lethargy that I’m sure I’ll have tomorrow. 😉 Great discussion as always. Love the part at the end for helping others get past the spanking. We should totally figure out how to do a group Skype chat or something for those of us who can’t stop talking back to the podcast. 😊

Blame away 😉 Really, this was one of the deeper conversations we’ve had, I believe, and, as always, a third voice truly brings so much to the conversation. It is amazing how much different it can be.
LOL Love the idea about “Post-Pod-Chat”, something like that? We’ll have to look into it. Thank you for listening 🙂

I like the 3rd person too. It does add more to the readalongs and I love interviews of any kind! Can’t wait to see who you get next!
